Horgota or World Famous Pelagias beach

Horgota Beach, or Pelagia’s Beach, is famous for the scene from the movie Captain Corelli’s Mandolin. A hidden treasure in the northern most part of Kefalonia near the village of Antipata. The beach is a refuge for Mediterranean seals Monachus monachus and if you are lucky, you might come across one!

Among the other beaches, we highlight: Tourkopodaro, and the unique St. Thomas beach, a geological park, ideal for families with children due to the golden sand, exotic, interesting landscape, diving platform and small coves to explore. The beaches are ideal for fulfilling an exciting day!
