EARLY check-in is possible, but it depends on the dates in the season and on other clients using the apartment. Please announce a time that suits you 48 hours before your arrival. We will always try to find a solution.
Yes, the apartments are cleaned on a daily basis, but you can cancel the cleaning if you want. In that case, cleaning supplies will be provided. Whichever option you choose, the service is included in the price.
At Rouchotas Apartments the bedding and towels are changed every third day. If you require any extra changes we can accommodate this for a small charge.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements before booking and we will do our best to assist if you are planning to bring a pet for your stay. The pets are welcome and the service is free of charge.
All of Rouchotas Apartments properties are by law non-smoking throughout. If it becomes apparent that an apartment has been smoked in we will charge a EUR 400 fee. Of course, it is allowed on the balconies.
