Partially organized, Petani is a magnificent beach located at a distance of 11 km from Lixouri, west of Argostoli and Rouchotas Apartments, on the beautiful Paliki peninsula. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag year after year. Crystal blue waters, stunning landscape and the iodine scent are something you will remember for a long time.The water deepens a few meters from the shore and there are often big waves on Petani. The beach is covered mostly with stones and gravel. Next to the beach there is a parking lot and two taverns with delicious, local food. In the immediate vicinity there are some beautiful villages and monasteries that are worth visiting.
